Research, development and innovation (R&D&I) activities at Semmelweis University take place in the fields of living and non-living natural sciences and social sciences, with the dominance of life sciences, primarily medical research, development and innovation. The results of scientific research are quickly integrated into both medical and health sciences education and treatment and are utilized in the shortest possible time. With their donations to research and development activities, our Supporters not only support the scientific work taking place at the university, but also contribute to training the researchers, educators and therapists of the future based on the latest scientific results and treating our patients with the most modern procedures and devices.
